• Mindful sound walk in nature: Walk slowly uphill to explore the forest and the inner self, with guidance from the sounds of a waterfall, streams, birds and insects

• Acoustic music jamming: Join a music jamming in celebration of nature and humankind

• Exploration of the sounds of nature and musical instruments: Dive into music and immerse yourself in the forest with musical instruments collected from all over the world

• Contemplation of nature: Relax your mind and body with a meditative musical performance in the setting of the forest

Learning Outcomes

1. Learn about various obscure instruments and those made from natural materials
2. Experience nature through the five senses and listen to the unique soundscapes of nature
3. Enhance awareness of the natural environment
4. Co-create a musical ensemble with the sounds of nature using items around us and natural objects
