A visit to the Food Angel Jockey Club Food Production Centre provides an inside look at the large-scale rescue and transformation of surplus food into nutritious meal boxes. Following the tour, participants will engage in a hands-on upcycling workshop to learn how to give surplus materials a second life. This activity combines social innovation with creative environmental stewardship, encouraging a deeper commitment to a zero-waste lifestyle.
