Description
A visit to the Food Angel Jockey Club Food Production Centre offers an inside look at the large-scale rescue and transformation of donated ingredients into nutritious meal boxes. Following the tour, the experience continues at our rooftop farm, where participants will explore the circular food economy. Through this immersive experience, guests will gain a holistic understanding of the "soil-to-table" process and the vital importance of building a resilient, sustainable food system.
