Food waste is an unavoidable part of daily life, but it doesn’t have to be treated as mere rubbish. In this workshop, participants will learn how to make and use food waste enzymes, discovering practical ways to apply them in everyday living. Beyond their usefulness, food waste enzymes also represent a simple yet effective method of reducing waste and supporting a low‑carbon lifestyle.


Through hands‑on practice and discussion, the workshop not only equips participants with sustainable skills but also strengthens their motivation to embrace greener living. By turning leftovers into valuable resources, we can all take a step closer to a more eco‑friendly future.
