Food Angel
Description
Through this talk, students will learn about food waste in Hong Kong and around the world, gaining insight into the concepts of a "circular economy" and sustainable development. There will also be discussions about practical solutions to address food waste, empowering students to take action.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge: Understand the scale of food waste both in Hong Kong and globally, and grasp the core principles of a circular economy and sustainable development.
Attitude: Develop a sense of global citizenship and feel empowered to take personal responsibility for planetary health.
