Learning Outcomes
1. To develop self-awareness and connect with nature through breathing exercises
2. To feel the interdependent relationship between humans and nature through creative movement
3. Inspire children’s curiosity and observation skills through five sense experiences, and learn to appreciate nature
4. Cultivate healthy eating attitudes through mindful eating activity
5. Encourage a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle through the enjoyable experience of physical exercise and healthy eating
