Description
學生先透過室內講座，認識本地植被及森林研究，再到訪大埔滘自然護理區，以小組形式實地考察天然林地和人工植林。
學生將以小組進行微氣候量度和喬木調查等科學探究活動，比較植被環境和生態價值，並探討森林保育議題。
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge: Understand Hong Kong forest ecosystems, microclimates and the ecological differences between natural forests and plantation woodlands.
Skills: Conduct microclimate measurements, tree surveys and ecological field investigations.
Attitude: Appreciate forest ecosystems and recognise the importance of forest conservation.
