Description
猜猜我是誰：善用五感(視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、味覺和觸覺)，探索有機食材園圃的天然色、香、美。
齊做低碳小食：學生將認識和接觸食材，親手製作有機香草小Pizza和豆腐乳酪，從而學習如何選擇低碳的食材。
泥土的故事：從遊戲中探索健康泥土對農作物生長的重要，認識廚餘可循環成為堆肥，提升其環保意識。
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge: Understand food ingredients, healthy eating, composting and the importance of healthy soil for food production.
Skills: Explore food using the five senses, prepare simple low-carbon snacks and investigate composting through hands-on activities.
Attitude: Develop appreciation for healthy eating, sustainable food choices and responsible consumption.
